The Mycenae House Reach Out project, established in 2017, is managed by Deborah Fitzpatrick our Community Project Outreach Co-ordinator. The Reach Out programme offers events and regular programmes to help our community reduce isolation & loneliness and to develop skills, find support and capacity to enjoy life to the full.
The Reach Out programme supports those that are socially isolated and suffer poor physical and mental health and loneliness in our community. We try to connect those from hard to reach groups to get together and make friends. Mycenae Reach Out works to support those community members and signposts to other partnership organisations who can give expert advice.

Mycenae Reach Out often work in partnership with organisations and are keen to develop and work in partnerships on future activities. Partners include The John Roan School, Nightingale Music CIC, South London Special League, GLL Get Active, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Home Instead, Paul Clayton, Greenwich Time to Talk, Greenwich Carers Centre, Nike O2, Barclays Bank, and many more.
VOLUNTEERING
Since the Reach Out Project began we have been so lucky to attract a number of brilliant, committed and skilful volunteers to help us deliver our programme. We are so grateful to them for their hard work and the positive impact they make to the community. FUNDING
The Reach Out project is currently funded from any surplus made from running Mycenae House. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic our income from room hire has been hugely affected, we have therefore established a crowd-funding campaign and donations can be made here: https://gofund.me/dca63586
When we can we apply for additional financial support, this has included from RBG’s Growth Fund & also support from ASDA, John Roan School, Barclays, Bluebird Care and others.
