Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Join Your Whole Voice for a Winter Solstice voice-vibration sonic meditation and crystal sound bath.

Come and celebrate the end of the shortest day …. as the light begins to return this is a space to release the rubbish that may have been in your 2023, and set the energy you want to create for 2024.

No previous meditation experience needed in any way.

We will be using voice as the main tool for this process – and this will be supported by the crystal bowls, drums and other instruments too.

Please note, this is Sounding – NOT SINGING – there are no right or wrong notes and I will guide you through breath & body connection, then gently opening up your voice through finding your heart vibration through humming, and finally in to the open sounds.
