The Body Speaks: Embodied Movement and Mindfulness Workshops for Women.

A gentle, creative space for women and enby people to move, breathe, and reconnect with presence, stillness, and the wisdom of the body.
Tuesdays 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 39th June from 7.30-9pm.
£15 per session (£10 concession rate) via eventbrite. Get 1 session free if you book all 5.

As women we face so many additional pressures. We are tired, lost, lonely, and burnt out. What would it be like to pause and reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our voices, and with the people and the world around us? What would it be like to do this in a safe, supportive space?

My name is Jasmine, and I am a trauma informed theatre artist who believes fully in the power of the body to address our anxiety, stress, fear, anger, and joy. I run workshops using movement, breath, voice and mindfulness to help people get back in touch with their calm, connected, supported self.

Previous people who have attended my workshops spoke about feeling ‘more grounded and centred’ and that the workshops ‘healed something’ in them they ‘did not know’ they needed healing.

To pause and listen to yourself and others around you, our thoughts, our worlds, our bodies, and our presence, is an act of reclamation. To give what we witness a voice is an act of love.

Each session can stand alone, but I would absolutely love to see you at as many as you can attend and we get to create our own little community across these workshop

No performance and no pressure; just a space to explore.
