Everyone feels down or blue sometimes. When we feel this way, we might notice changes in our sleep, energy and outlook on life. We might also stop doing things that are important to us because we don’t have the energy, time or motivation. This can feel frustrating because we miss out on doing things that will inevitably boost our mood, our to-do list grows and we blame ourselves.
It’s not easy, but there are things we can do to boost our mood and motivation during difficult times.
